Our center-based production centers offer employment in packaging, assembly and kitting. We focus on building a sense of community through meaningful work that accommodates all skill levels and involves diverse industries. You can work side-by-side with peers and workers without disabilities to build your skills, gain confidence and develop relationships.
From putting together kits for medical companies or packaging camping equipment, to rolling posters for sporting events or operating advanced packaging equipment, all skills levels can be challenged. We pride ourselves on our community-oriented approach, diversity of jobs available, and caring, experienced staff who work hard to ensure you are learning and preparing for jobs of the future.
I love working on the production floor at Koch because I get to learn about new products I am packaging and I get to be around my friends!
