Opportunity Partners’ Intensive Support Services offer enhanced staffing to help you succeed in our structured environments.

  • Engage in a variety of leisure activities and community outings.
  • Our support staff will work closely with you and your team to create individualized supports specific to your needs.
  • Our staff are trained in positive support plans, Foundations for Life (person-centered supports), and specific medical needs.
