Leadership

Bill Schultz was named President & CEO in August 2020, after serving briefly as Interim President & CEO. Bill joined Opportunity Partners in 2015 as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations, overseeing all business services and production operations. Bill came to Opportunity Partners with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of business leadership positions and was drawn to the organization for its strong mission and history of making a difference in the community. Bill enjoys spending time with his family, including boating, skiing, sports and being outdoors.

Lori joined Opportunity Partners in 2011 and served in multiple leadership roles prior to being named Co-President and CEO of Services in 2023.  Her career has spanned more than 30 years in mission-driven services for people with disabilities and/or other barriers to full community inclusion. While at Opportunity Partners, she has served as an appointed member of the MN Olmstead Planning Committee, the MN HCBS Transition Advisory Committee, and the MN Task Force on the Elimination of Subminimum Wages.  Lori has also served as an active member of the Board of Directors for the MN Organization of Habilitation and Rehabilitation since 2016. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Mary’s University of MN.  Outside of work, she cherishes time with family, gardening, camping, and experiencing the natural world.

Calli started her career at Opportunity Partners in 2005 and joined the Executive leadership team in 2020. She has held numerous positions in her time at OP and currently oversees daily operations of the organization’s Day and Employment Services, specifically competitive, integrated employment. Calli has three daughters who keep her busy with various sports and activities, and their favorite weekend getaway is spending time with family at the cabin.

Kumar joined Opportunity Partners in March 2024, overseeing a technology team that serves more than 400 staff and 25 locations. He joins OP with 28+ years of experience in a variety of leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies focusing on enterprise transformative initiatives, technology solutions integration and business operations. Kumar is responsible for OP’s IT strategy and digital transformation, AI initiatives, ERP and software systems, hardware and network, information security and technology help desk. Kumar holds a master’s in software systems and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and is a graduate of Executive Development Program from Stanford University. Kumar enjoys spending time with family and outdoor activities.

Bruce joined Opportunity Partners in 2024. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning to the organization. Prior to joining Opportunity Partners, Bruce worked as a Consulting CFO of Business Operations at Clifton Larson Allen in Minneapolis.

Todd joined Opportunity Partners in 2016. He has spent more than 25 years in the Human Resources field in a variety of leadership positions and industry sectors. As the VP of HR, he is responsible for OP’s human resources strategy as well as recruiting, staffing, employee relations, training, compensation, and benefits. Todd has been a coach and volunteer with Special Olympics for almost 20 years. His connection to the Opportunity Partners mission is personal as he has a son served by the organization.

Heather joined Opportunity Partners in July 2022. She brings over 25 years of advancement leadership and fundraising success with nonprofit organizations across the Twin Cities, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Minnesota Orchestra, and Breck School. As the Vice President of Advancement at OP, she provides leadership and strategy for both the Development and Marketing & Communications teams.
