Employment Track Instructor

As an Employment Track Instructor at Opportunity Partners, you will be supervising and assisting a team of adults with disabilities on one of our production lines, as well as providing work specific classes and training.  You will work with individuals to come up with goals to be reached and help them develop their work skills and self-confidence. You will also ensure that production flows smoothly, quality is maintained, and that each individual understands their work task and can do it effectively.The work that you do will help the people we serve gain the skills necessary for career advancement and independent placement! If you are a hardworking person who wants to make a difference in our community, this is the job for you!

Lead Float Production Coordinator

As the Lead Float Coordinator at Opportunity Partners, you will instruct, evaluate, and supervise a group of adults with disabilities so that they can enhance their skills, perform subcontract work, and eventually progress into independent employment.
