Opportunity Partners’ Spectrum Services focus on community experiences that build life and work skills for successful independence. Evaluators will gather information about work interests, skills, and behaviors and tolerances while the individual performs a job in order to properly place them in one of three employment options available through Spectrum Services:

  • Center-based production work: provides options for skill-building and community job transistion
  • Supported Employment Teams (SET): offers community jobs with an instructor working at different companies performing administrative, janitorial, food service or retail stocking services
  • Independent placements: helps individuals find the right job according to their skills, with skill-building and coaching assistance.

By taking these programs into the community, we provide direct access to existing resources that lead participants toward independent living and job opportunities. Reaching these life and employment goals means offering a wide range of work preparation and placement choices, as well as a rich menu of community-based volunteer and learning options.
