SET makes it possible for individuals of all skill levels to become well-equipped, wage-earning members of the community. Through active instructor presence, families and individuals can be assured that the necessary supports are always there.
In a supported team environment, individuals are able to explore a variety of community job sites. From corporate dining sites, to office administration or lab assistance, individuals can find work in places and positions that prove to be the most meaningful. Gaining confidence in a SET site is just one step away from the transition to independent employment.
