Vocational Services (VS)
VS is for individuals who are work-ready, want to work and are willing to actively participate in the job search. After an evaluation, individuals will work with a placement specialist to begin the search for independent jobs.
Once an individual finds work, a job coach provides support solving work-related concerns, assisting in talking to the employer and maintaining good working relationships. Throughout this process, individuals can continue to build their skills in the classroom and community. All of these steps work toward the goal of keeping a job and moving forward in a career.
