How do I apply?
You can apply for open positions at OP by going to our website and locating the “Careers” tab. You may browse through our open positions and complete the online application for those you are interested in.
A resume outlining your work history must be included in your online application in order to be considered for employment.
How do I know my application was received?
You will receive a follow up email indicating that you application was received, which confirms that you successfully completed the online application.
What happens next?
Human Resources will contact qualified applicants to set up a phone screen. If you do not meet the qualifications for the position you have applied for, you will receive an email indicating that you have not been selected to move on in the interview process. Please be patient, as we do receive a high volume of applicants for each position.
Does Opportunity Partners have internship opportunities?
Yes! Opportunity Partners is willing to consider providing an internship experience for individuals, where feasible. We greatly value our relationship with our student employees and hope that internship positions can grow into future full-time and managerial positions within our organization. Please email Human Resources to inquire about an internship experience, or indicate your interest with your online application.
Does Opportunity Partners have volunteer opportunities?
Absolutely! Please follow this link to inquire about volunteer opportunities.
Will I be excluded from the applicant pool if I do not include my personal information (SSN, Driver’s license number, date of birth, etc)?
No. Applicants that do not wish to include that personal information will not be excluded from the applicant pool for failure to do so. The information can be gathered at a later time if you are selected to advance in the interview process. The information is gathered in order to complete background checks.
Can I apply for multiple positions?
Yes. You may apply for all open positions that you are interested in. A separate online application must be filled out for each individual job, and a resume must be uploaded for each as well. Please only apply to positions that you are qualified for.
What type of pre-employment screening do you perform?
During the interview process we perform reference checks on all candidates. Once a conditional offer of employment has been made, we perform a criminal background check through the Department of Human Services, a Motor Vehicle records check, and pre-employment drug screening. Due to the nature of our company and services offered, we do not consider applicants who have been convicted of a felony.
How long are positions open for?
Our positions are advertised and open to receive applications until filled. Once a position is filled, it will be removed from our website, and we will no longer accept applications. Please note that the position may still be visible on external recruiting sources we utilize, but if it is not visible on our Opportunity Partners website, it has been filled.
