Brain Injury Instructor- Edina

As an Instructor, you will aid in providing consistency of staffing throughout the Brain Injury Department and deliver curriculum for a group of adults in the program. Instruction may include topics such as self advocacy, communication, job skills development, cooking, recreation – the possibilities are virtually endless.  You will also supervise participants in community education and inclusion activities.

Support Instructor- Eden Prairie

As a Support Instructor in our Senior Program, you will provide general assistance to a group of developmentally disabled adults.  Duties may include escorting individuals throughout the building as needed, such as to and from classes, during meal times, and to and from the front entrance during pick up and drop off times. Additional duties include responding to requests to help people with personal cares including in the restroom, administering medications, and completing attendance.

Service Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to plan, manage, and design individualized service programs for people choosing services from Opportunity Partners, and provide direction to those people in conjunction with the total program objectives.  The incumbent also manages annual participant assessments and reviews and determines a course of action, and assures compliance with regulatory reporting requirement.
