How do I apply?

Visit our Current Openings page to browse our open positions and complete the online application for the position you are interested in. In order to be considered for employment, you must fill out the job history portion of the application and/or attach a resume outlining your work history.

What does the application process entail?

Our application process takes an average of 20 minutes to complete and consists of a work style questionnaire and area to indicate your desired type of employment. Please allow time to complete the entire application process in one sitting. If you are not able to complete the entire application, please contact us.

How do I know my application was received?

You will receive a follow up email indicating that your application was received, which confirms that you successfully completed the online application.

What happens next?

Hiring managers will contact qualified applicants to set up a phone screening or in-person interview. Due to the high volume of applications received, we are unable to notify candidates who have not moved on in the recruitment process.

Does Opportunity Partners have internship opportunities?

Yes! Opportunity Partners is willing to consider providing an internship experience for individuals, where feasible. We greatly value our relationship with our student employees and hope that internship positions can grow into full-time managerial positions within our organization. Please email Human Resources to inquire about an internship experience, or indicate your proposal in your online application.

Does Opportunity Partners have volunteer opportunities?

Absolutely! Please visit our Volunteer page to inquire about volunteer opportunities.

Will I be excluded from the applicant pool if I do not include personal information?

No. Applicants who do not wish to include personal information such as social security number, drivers license number or date of birth will not be excluded from the applicant pool for failure to do so. The information may be gathered at a later time if selected to advance in the interview process. The information is gathered in order to complete background checks.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

Yes. You may apply for all open positions that you are interested in. A separate online application must be filled out for each individual job, and a resume must be uploaded for each as well. Please only apply to positions that you feel you are qualified for and interested in.

What types of pre-employment screening do you perform?

Once a conditional offer of employment has been made, we perform a criminal background check through the Department of Human Services, a Motor Vehicle records check, and pre-employment drug screening.

How long are positions open?

Our positions are advertised and open to receive applications until filled. Once a position is filled, it will be removed from our website, and we will no longer accept applications. Please note that the position may still be visible on external recruiting sources we utilize. Please refer to our official site for the most current information.
