 President and CEO

Armando Camacho

 President and CEO

Armando Camacho, President and CEO of Opportunity Partners, is a nationally recognized, collaborative, mission-focused leader with extensive nonprofit and education experience. Prior to joining Opportunity Partners, Armando served as President of Neighborhood House, worked as a district administrator for the St. Paul Public School District and as a principal for the Minneapolis Public School District. Armando’s nonprofit board service has included Greater Twin Cities United Way, MAP for Non-Profits, St. Paul Rotary Club, Charities Review Council and Friends of the St. Paul Public Libraries, among others.


Chief Financial Officer

Alice L. Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Alice Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer of Opportunity Partners and brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive in nonprofit and health-related industries, most recently as CFO of Courage Center. She served on the Board of Directors of the National Parkinson Foundation Minnesota and is past Treasurer and Finance Chair of the Friends School of Minnesota.


Chief Advancement Officer

Katie Nelsen, CFRE

Chief Advancement Officer

Katie Nelsen, CFRE, is the Chief Advancement Officer at Opportunity Partners and brings more than 20 years of nonprofit fundraising and marketing experience to the organization. She was formerly the Chief Advancement Officer at the Animal Humane Society and has held positions with Minnesota Public Radio, MacPhail Center for Music and Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and was named Outstanding Professional Fundraiser of the Year 2013 by the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).


Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations

Bill Schultz

Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations

Bill Schultz, Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operationsjoined Opportunity Partners in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the position. He oversees all business services and production operations, identifying new products, processes and services in center-based and community work. Prior to Opportunity Partners, Bill worked as Senior Director of Fused Deposition Modeling Products at Stratasys.


Vice President, Vocational and Habilitation Services

Lori Schluttenhofer

Vice President, Vocational and Habilitation Services

Lori Schluttenhofer, Vice President, Vocational and Habilitation Services for Opportunity Partners, has more than 20 years of experience managing services in the disability sector. She oversees all day programs, staff training, service quality initiatives and organizational compliance.


Vice President, Residential and Community Living

Doug Annett

Vice President, Residential and Community Living

Doug Annett serves as Vice President, Residential and Community Living and is responsible for the operations of residential services for adults with disabilities including licensed group homes, intermediate care facilities and in home- and community-based support staff. Doug is credited with launching Opportunity Partners’ hoMEbase apartment program and supportive technology services. Doug serves on numerous disability industry and advocacy work groups and committees to promote innovative approaches to serving people with disabilities.


Vice President, Human Resources

Todd Schoolman

Vice President, Human Resources

Todd Schoolman, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Opportunity Partners in 2016. He has spent more than 20 years in the Human Resources field in a variety of leadership positions, most recently as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Hallmark Business Connections, a $140 million business service provider for employee recognition, health and wellness solutions. Todd’s connection to Opportunity Partners’ mission is personal as he has a son served by the organization.


Vice President, Information Technology

Don Flower

Vice President, Information Technology

Don Flower, Vice President, Information Technology at Opportunity Partners, brings more than 18 years of technology experience to the organization. He has held positions in corporate, non-profit, and government sectors.  Don is active in the American Indian community serving as a board member at Minnesota Indian Women’s Resource Center and is the former board chair at American Indian OIC in Minneapolis.  Don continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve where he has over 12 years of accumulated service.
