Bill Schultz was named President & CEO in August 2020, after serving briefly as Interim President & CEO. Bill joined Opportunity Partners in 2015 as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations, overseeing all business services and production operations. Bill came to Opportunity Partners with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of business leadership positions and was drawn to the organization for its strong mission and history of making a difference in the community. Bill enjoys spending time with his family, including boating, skiing, sports and being outdoors.

Lori has more than 20 years of experience managing services in the disability sector. She oversees all of Opportunity Partners’ Day & Employment services, staff training, service quality initiatives and organizational compliance.

Aimee joined Opportunity Partners in 2020, overseeing all of the organization’s Residential services including 20 group homes, three supported apartment programs, and community living services. She has more than 14 years of service in the nonprofit sector. Previously, Aimee had worked for People Incorporated, where she was a senior program manager responsible for group homes, in-home services and a 25-bed supported living apartment. She has also held leadership positions at Catholic Charities and was a Peace Corps volunteer in Kazakhstan.

Paul joined Opportunity Partners in 2018, overseeing a technology team that serves more than 400 staff and 25 locations. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the Information Technology and Operations fields in a variety of leadership positions. Paul is responsible for OP’s software systems, hardware and network, information security and technology help desk. He has served for nine years as a Board member and two years as Chair of the Minnesota State University, Mankato Foundation Board, which manages an endowment of more than $75 million. Paul also volunteers as a mentor for the Minnesota Emerging Software Advisory (MESA) and for the Minnesota Cup, a startup competition connecting Minnesota’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Paul and Diane, his wife of 36 years, reside in Eden Prairie and have three grown children. They enjoy traveling and outdoor activities including kayaking, hiking and cross-country skiing.

Calli started her career at Opportunity Partners in 2005 and joined the Executive leadership team in 2020. She has held numerous positions in her time at OP and currently oversees daily operations of the organization’s Day and Employment Services, specifically competitive, integrated employment. Calli has three daughters who keep her busy with various sports and activities, and their favorite weekend getaway is spending time with family at the cabin.

Nelson joined Opportunity Partners in 2013. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning to the organization. Prior to joining Opportunity Partners, Nelson worked as Director of Accounting & Controls at Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth.

Todd joined Opportunity Partners in 2016. He has spent more than 20 years in the Human Resources field in a variety of leadership positions and industry sectors. As the VP of HR, he is responsible for OP’s human resources strategy as well as recruiting, staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Todd has been a coach and volunteer with Special Olympics for almost 15 years. His connection to the Opportunity Partners mission is personal as he has a son served by the organization.

Heather joined Opportunity Partners in July 2022. She brings 25 years of advancement leadership and fundraising success with nonprofit organizations across the Twin Cities. In her role as Vice President of Advancement at Opportunity Partners, she provides leadership and strategy for the Development and Communications teams.
